The first 2 months will be very tactical. The goal is simple: get you enough growth — new patients or reactivated patients converted in the next 60 days — so that your Inner Circle membership is more than paid for the entire year.
We start with a 1:1 Growth Map Session where I get clear on your 12-month target and decide the most important quick-win strategies for your first 60 days.
That’s Phase 1 — 2 months of stacking wins, improving deal flow, conversions, and fast-action wins. Putting money in your bank account so that Inner Circle is effectively free forever.
The last 10 Growth Lab members generated an average of 27 extra new patients in 60 days. That’s enough ROI to pay for the Inner Circle programme for 2 years.
